Don't bother trying to link these two items, the best I could come up with is that with the hub you dont need to ferret round the PC and the Vacufresh you feel better because you wine keeps longer, yes I agree very tentative.

Kilner Vacufresh
This is on the face of it another very simple (but nevertheless very useful) item. It is a vacuum wine bottle sealer.
It is 8cm long and 3.3 wide at the base. It weights 45grams. The one I tested was black.
As it says on the packaging ‘pump out the air … and lock in the freshness’. So any wines shelf (or fridge) life is extended as the vacuum in the bottle means that little or no air born contamination can get in to spoil your wine.
An interesting fact on the side of the packaging says that in the UK we are wasting 6.7million tonnes of food every year.
Having pushed the unit onto the top of the bottle press the top part of the unit a few times to remove any air in the bottle and then while pushed down twist to lock the Vacufresh on the bottle keeping the wine fresh for longer.
So rather than sticking the cork back in which leaves the bottle full of air and therefore allows bacteria to breed you have removed the air and of course the wine does not degrade at anything like the same rate as when in contact with air.
The Kilner Vacufresh item code 0069 200 should be available from a range of shops. Ring Kilner on 0151 486 1888 for details of stockists or email [email protected]. Also available for £8 including delivery from Amazon on the link below.

Dtech USB 2.0 4 Port Hub.
Not like most hubs in that the leads are separate but joined together at the plug end. Having written the last sentence I am not sure its clear so, one end goes into a USB port on a PC and as received you have four 16cm long leads joined together going to four separate USB connections. However you can separate them to make two sets of two or even four separate leads.
While I would have preferred slightly longer leads I was able to route them to the side of my PC case and then use a strip of the Gorilla Glue tape (reviewed 16-5-10) and that means the four leads are easily accessed without needing to go near the back of the PC and putting your back out trying to locate that elusive USB port.
Perhaps the link below describes the cable and its ends better as it gives images of some of possible combinations.
Now whenever I need to connect an extra USB device these ports are visible and easy to plug that extra device into.
It also means that any oversize USB plugs are catered for as I have them lined up down the side of the case with just the socket ends visible so easy access whatever the size of the USB device you are trying to connect it to.
The Dtech USB 2.0 4 Port Hub is available from the link below for $12US plus $3US whatever the size of your order.
