Taking you on a journey to a variety of natural resource areas, the team at Tiny Little Lion challenges you to find Hidden Object items while solving different mini game puzzles in the groups Nature Escape 4 product. Available in Collector's Edition format, this offering combines various bonus extras to supplement the main game's range made up of different locations, some of which I have never heard of or would struggle to pronounce. The Collector's Edition bonus items consists of six more locations plus additional wallpaper, music elements and information regarding the product's developers favourite plants.
While the game's main locations have been arranged in a specific order for you to follow, you do have the option to take detours and cherry pick a particular location, which appeals, from the provided list. Each location will contain a Hidden Object scene which displays vegetation, various creatures and some miscellaneous items. Included among the miscellaneous items, found at each locations, will be a photo and three items which have a tendency to morph when you are not looking at them.
Addition to the scene will be a panel running across the bottom of the scene containing information and certain useful tools. This panel will provide feedback as to whether you have found the required photo and how many of the morphing objects have been discovered. These morphing objects will be able to be used latter in the game. The panel also features a link to a second scene that has its own collection of required items. Depending upon which scene is the current focus of attention, the panel will also display those items which can be found in that view. To assist you, the panel provides a Hint, Super Hint and zoom magnifier tool.
Once you have dealt with this initial Hidden Object stage, you will be faced by an other type of challenge. This could be a second type of Hidden Object game play. In this instance you will be faced by two scenes which are displayed in a side-by-side arrangement. The two scenes will be accompanied with a list of items which could be found in either of the two scenes.
Other types of mini game puzzles will be featured as you progress through the available locations. These challenges do tend to vary in regards of difficulty. The particular challenge I found the most difficulty involved having to both switch and rotate sections of an image to produce a complete picture. Much easier was the puzzle that required you to move the mouse over sections of a sketch to colour it in. Other puzzles involved Spotting the Difference between scenes, matching paired items, completing a jigsaw puzzle and solving the traditional slider problem.
Earlier I mentioned the need to collect photos concealed within scenes and finding morphing items. The photos would become coins which could be used to purchase plants to decorate a module named My Garden. The morphing objects could be swapped for puzzle pieces that could be used to create scenic displays for your pleasure.
