HBH-60 Bluetooth Headset from Sony Ericsson

Is it any good and how have I got on with it in real life use?

Overall, the HBH-60 has performed adequately, but not outstandingly well. It was purchased to work with a Sony Ericsson T68i - the reason for purchase being to stay with the same technology supplier and pick up voice control.

In wearabiity terms it's great - although there is an Uhuru effect - and people never stop staring. It's sufficiently light not to cause pain after 6 hours wear and never gets hot.

However, the battery life is not good enough. It dies unexpectedly - leaving you talking to nothing in particulalr whilst the call has been transferred to your handset (conveniently in your pocket). The battery life should be around 3-4 hours talk time - which it turns out is not enough - and this degrades with use.

There are also the usual issues with acquiring calls - which I believe are common across all Blutooth headsets - but that isn't a big issue.

Overall - would I buy one again? Probably yes - because I still like the small size (and the funky carrying case too) - but I'd be wary if I was to use it for a while day at my desk - there's no point in having it if it has to be charging all the time!
