The bare keyboard weighs only 189 grams and unfolds to 25x10cm with each key being 1.3cm square and to save you checking those on a normal desktop PC are 1.5cm square so still very typeable.
The area behind the keyboard needs another 6cm of space and here is where your Tablet or SmartPhone sits. So total space required is 31cm.
Each of the four rows of keys has nearly a centimetre of space between them, the keys need depressing so unlike some other of these offerings you depress not touch so you know the key has registered.
So as in the title given by Brando it is a fold out keyboard and not a rollable keyboard.
Here it might take a little getting used to as a normal PC keyboard is 7cm for the main four rows and while this it is 8cm.
It is described as a ‘Wireless Keyboard Rollable Design’ it is actually a Bluetooth Keyboard.
It is powered by a single ‘AAA’ battery and is stated to work within 10metres and the battery stated to work for 288 hours.
I tested this with two recent SmartPhones and one recent Tablet as well as one far older Tablet all worked without problem.
Writing anything of any length on a SmartPhone or Tablet is not easy with the on screen keyboard not least because it takes a good part of the screen and in the case of a lot of SmartPhones they have also a very small keyboard with the space between letters being tiny.
With this offering from Brando you have only the slightly increased space between rows to get used to.
The User Manual is a fold out of six 10x6.5cm pages with a small but readable font. One side of six is in Chinese the other side of six in English. Page six tells you how to get special characters for iPhone, Android and Windows in a simple drop down list.
