click image to enlargeStaring at the beginning there is a Foreword by Suggs. This is followed by the contents 'Hidden Pubs of London' which have been divided into six areas which are City Slickers & Surrounds, Up West, Eastenders, Northern Stars, South of the River and Don't Forget your Travelcard. In total 38 pubs that you may want to visit but by reading about them and looking at the brilliant photos that accompany each pub you will want to visit.
By splitting them into areas it is possible to visit more than one at a time but the 'Don't Forget Your Travelcard' may take longer.
The photos of each pub often go to several pages so even years after they have been purchased as they become no longer viable you can still have memories of the day you visited.
A huge number of pubs close every year so waste no time in starting your travels.
If you live in London then you may find that the occasional pub may be close enough to become a local as often they are well hidden even though still close to main roads.
The book has well over 300 pictures including a good number of double page spreads. There are 340 pages in the book and each of the 38 pubs covered has a page of text including the full postcode to help you find it.
The quality of the pictures are excellent and give a good example of what to expect when you visit it.
Should you not live in the London area then the book tells you what you could expect when you leave the main roads and delve into the side streets.
At the time of publication this hardback quality book is available from Amazon for £24.97.
