This is the smaller of two ‘Cooler Bags’ designed to keep things like beers cool over a long period of time for those into outdoor pastimes when far away from any electrical power. However I can see another use to keep things hot for a long period of time especially in these current times when some may not know when their next hot meal may come.

click image to enlargeThe exterior dimensions are 32x21.5x27.5cm; the internal ones are 28x15.5x19.5cm, so you see how thick the insulation is. The flip open lid will keep things cool or hot but to really make things tight a close fitting zip really nails things down.
A padded shoulder strap extends to allow the bag to sit comfortably near your waist when being carried or a padded handle on top will also do the job when it is fully zipped up.
There is a small zipped pocket on the back that is 11cm across and 13cm deep. Each end has a mesh rubberised pocket and the front has 20cm wide 18cm deep pocket and that’s a 3.5cm protrusion.
The whole case is very sturdy and a lighter person than me could even use it as a seat.
They are available in three colours Sand, Olive and Dark Grey. A bottle opener is attached to side of the bag.
The size I was sent is stated to hold 8 litres and the larger size 24 litres.
The length of time things can be kept cool using a good quantity of ice to cool your bottles of choice is four days for the smaller size and six days for the larger size.
I took it shopping when I was going by bus to purchase frozen foods. The round trip can take up to three hours and everything was still perfectly frozen when I returned home.
As I mentioned I think it could work for hot food and I placed some stew on a heat container such as those from many take away restaurants in the bag overnight and at lunchtime the next day it was still nice and hot.
