Marware "Sports Convertible" case for iPod 

I have had this carry cae for a while now but not gotten around to writing about it on here!

I was given the Marware Sports Convertible in January. A great case that i specifically wanted as it has an arm strap and can be used easily while running. The case itself is in two parts. The iPod sits snuggly in a neoprene jacket that once on pretty much stays on. It has a rubber 'plug' at the bottom so can be charged and synchronised while in the jacket.The headphone and remote jack can also be easily reached and used with the jacket on the front has cut away holes so that the controls are accessible. The second part is a lid that has 2 velcro attachments and sits over the front of the iPod. The lid is contoured and has a pouch for headphone storage.

The case comes with a neoprene arm band and one of those plastic clips for use on a belt.

I tend to not use the lid part of the case other than for storing the ear-phones in as with it on it tends to be bulky. That said on a beach or other such environment it would give the iPod better protection.

I use the iPod when i go jogging and use the arm strap. It's great, it fits snuggly and there is little by way of movement. There is a problem with headphone lead length and i actually use some old Sony ear phones that have a short cable as they were designed for use with a remote control.

When running the iPod hardly skips or stalls and it happens probably once every 3-4 runs. A small price to pay i think.

Anyway i would really recommend the product - it's quite expensive (with p&p it worked out to nearly £50 i think) but if you've already bought an iPod what's £50!!
