click image to enlargeThe AOC 16G3 monitor measures 36x23x1cm and weighs 1092 grams. It comes with four screws and a small panel should you wish to fix it to a wall. Also provided apart from the already mentioned USB 'C' to USB 'C' lead are a USB to USB 'C' lead, HDMI to mini HDMI lead and a power adapter with a two pin lead so you would need an adapter to plug into a 13amp plug.
There is a Quick Start guide that may just about stop you returning it thinking the stand is missing but a close study of the back should show you that part of the lower part folds outwards in an inverted 'V' shape. It is also possible to use the unit portrait if your device defaults to that.
The sides are an orange colour while the back is black and grey small squares. The top right has four marked buttons for on/off, up, down and OK to control the colours, brightness etc. of the panel. The left side near the base has mini HDMI, USB 'C', USB 'C' for charging and 3.5mm audio socket.
It has 144HZ refresh rate and displays 1920x1080.
I used it with both PC and Android units and it worked well with both.
Should you not have USB 'C' then the HDMI to USB 'C' can work but that will need the external power to charge it.
While I used it both landscape and portrait I found it more secure in portrait and in fact placed a small cushion behind it in landscape as there was no real tilt.
In my opinion those wanting larger output for some phones and other small Android devices would be the people to purchase it but as a backup device for a larger PC monitors it would also do the job.
