With body dimensions of 161.8 x 75.3 x 8.9 mm and a weight of 190g, the POCO M3 Pro 5G promises a natural and comfortable hold for the user while delivering a 91% screen-to-body ratio. The 6.5 inch IPS LCD 90Hz screen, with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, gives the user faster visual and a smoother outlook on to the virtual world under various conditions. A DynamicSwitch feature enables the display to automatically switch between 90Hz, 60Hz, 50Hz and 30Hz thus enabling the saving of power by adapting the refresh rate The screen's dual light sensors, positioned on the front and back, provide 360 degree light detection allowing for precise adjustment between 4096 levels of brightness for optimum visibility.
With this model POCO has gone with a triple camera array for its main photographic features. This POCO arrangement consists of a 48MP main camera supplemented with a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Among the features available with this triple camera arrangement are Night mode, Time-lapse video and Timed burst plus dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, panorama and video capture at 1080@30fps. Selfie fans have not been forgotten. The handset has a front-mounted 8MP camera that can also capture video at 1080@fps.
This 5G smartphone makes use of MediaTek Dimensity technology to achieve enhanced overall performance and speed while maintaining lower power consumption that comes from the Li-Po 5000 mAh battery. This power source has support for fast charging. To help with this facility, a 22.5W charger is included with the smartphone. Other features built into this smartphone include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, NFC, USB Type C connection, Bluetooth, GPS and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Beating at the heart of the POCO M3 Pro 5G is an advanced octa-core CPU. This CPU consists 2 x 2.2 GHz Cortext-A76 and 6 x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55. This arrangement is paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The POCO M3 Pro 5G comes in two variants. One model, with an estimated price of €159, comes with 64GB of ROM and 4GB of RAM. The other model has 128GB of ROM and 6GB of RAM with an estimated price of €179.
