Open the lid and once you have set it up it automaticity starts and a few seconds later it wants your six digit pin.

It comes with a dual core Intel i3 processor running at 3GHz. It has 8GB RAM and a 128GB SSD for storage. It has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5. Despite the setup options offering touch screen choices it does not have touch.
Most Chromebooks I have seen offer touch and I am surprised this does not. I liked the sound and having speakers face up is a plus over a lot of devices that have the speakers in the base facing down. The processor only being i3 may seem low but everything I asked it to do happened without delay.
Having access to the Android Play Store allows you to use everything that an Android phone can use.
The Acer Chromebook Plus 515 is available from Currys £369 for those who dislike a trackpad I see the price includes a mouse.
