Savior Heat Gloves

In order to keep warm when outside you need to protect your extremities. Feet need quality socks and shoes. Your head needs a good cap and a scarf. This leaves the most exposed your fingers.

Leather is good especially if padded inside, there is one drawback in that you will not be able to operate your phone.

These are big and reasonably heavy gloves, with each gloves battery inserted they weigh 513 grams.

Each glove is 29cm long and 14cm wide.

To give an example the size of my thumb is 6cm round, with a fabric glove on it is 8cm round and with the Savior Heat Glove on its 12cm round.

A normal glove ends at the start of your wrist these continue up your arm for another 10cm in length and end 15cm wide, there is a rubberised band on the wrist that you can tighten to stop and heat from escaping.

On the back of each glove is a push control, this can be set to one of three heat levels by another push and a long push turns the glove off. Below this is a four point blue light to show how much is left in the gloves battery.

On the front of the glove the front 19cm is leather and the rest is a waterproof fabric. On the back the leather is 14.5cm from the tip of the middle finger to where the waterproof fabric starts. There is a proprietary batter that fits in a zip up area in the base of the wrist this is 6x5x1cm and weighs 99 grams.

Even without the battery turned on these keep heat in your fingers.

With the heat on you can venture out in really cold weather and not only will your fingers stay warm but it has the effect of the lower arm feeling warmer as well.

Each glove has a 16cm long elasticated lead followed by a rubberised band to fit over your coat so that when you remove the gloves they stay safe and cannot drop to the ground.

There are different sizes for child, ladies and men. There are different models for walking or skiing.

The Savoir Heat Gloves and available from the link below for $151.99 at time of writing there was an additional 10% discount offered making it $136.99 which translates to £109.11.
