The buds weight only 5.5 gram each and in their case a total of 54 grams. The case is 6x4x2.3cm there is a flip up lid 1.5cm from the top and when you flip it open a tiny pin hole LED comes on green if you have good battery reserve.
Linking for the first time is very straightforward with the lid open make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the Honor unit should be found click on it and that’s it. Next time you connect it will link automatically.
When out and about the noise cancelation is excellent – never to the point of not hearing a car horn – but certainly on say a bus almost muting other people’s conversations or phone calls, just allowing you to listen to music or your own phone conversation.
This happens automatically and if you put the buds in your ears – even with nothing playing – you will immediately benefit from less hubbub even in a crowded place, bliss.
During phone calls the VPU bone sensor and AI algorithm optimize voice in all areas.
You do not need to have volume set high to benefit as sound at medium and low levels is balanced to produce clear results, this is AI sound filtration.
It has the latest version of Bluetooth 5.2 and in my home I know exactly how far I can go from where my phone is with other headphones or earbuds and these go that little bit further and as my phone is the same as I used with several others it must mean that the improvement has to be the earbuds themselves.
It has 11mm driver and a PZT Tweeter.
Even if the case is opened upside down the buds will not drop out as they click in via magnets and even a firm shake will not release them accidentally.
A total of 30 hours of playtime should be available six hours in the buds and another twenty four hours – four charging cycles – in the case.
