With a new collection of Hidden Object scenes and mini game puzzles, AVI Games has released a follow-up offering in its Sweet Home series of titles.  Appropriately entitled "Look and Find 2", this new release is available in Collector's Edition format.  After making the necessary progress in the main package, you will be granted access to the various bonus items which are made up of extra levels, additional puzzles, a music player facility, wallpaper and the opportunity to decorate a digital apartment environment to your own tastes.

Following an initial introductory level, featuring a pair of Hidden Object scenes and a  mini game puzzle, you slot into the game's pattern of displaying a series of location based on a digital environment showing a number of cosy interiors and outside settings.  Each location will be populated by a selection of items including some cats and dogs that will form part of the required objects to find.  Scenes will also have up to two outputs of sparkles indicating an area which can be zoomed into for a closer look when searching for required items.

The location, represented by two scenes, will come with a panel showing the search list and other available tools.  Sometimes the list could be made up of individual items or a reference to a particular type of object.  Occasionally the list could be presented in text format or as images of the items. 

While searching for the required list you also need to be on the look-out for a specific number of cats and dogs.  You will also be required to find a small selection of items represented in silhouette format to the left of the panel.  Providing assistance, the panel will also give you access to a rechargeable Hint feature and a zoom facility in the form of a  magnify glass which can be dragged around the scene.

Once the Hidden Object action has been completed then you will be faced by a mini game puzzle.  Often the puzzle will be based on the scene from the location.  It might feature areas which can be moved around, swapped or rotated to reform the scene in its entirety.  Other types of puzzle might be presented in Spot the Difference format, fitting segments into an image, matching pairs of face down cards, linking segments arranged in a grid and rearrange a scene that has been broken into diamond sections.

While tackling the Hidden Object locations and the mini game puzzles, you earn yourself points.  The points earned will be automatically converted to cash.  This money can be used to purchase certain item of furniture, useful equipment and decorations for a digital My Room feature.

You can download this AVI Games title from Gamehouse.com where it is priced at $19.99.  The game is also available from Big Fish Games priced at £15.29.  The game systems requirements call for a 1.6 GHz processor with 1024MB of RAM and 492MB of hard disk space running Windows 7 and later.
