It is 63x37x2.5cm the last figure at the edges. The viewable screen is 59.5x34cm which gives the notional diagonal imperial measurement of 27inches. The telescopic arm can raise the landscape screen by 15cm from its lowest to its highest position, minimum 9cm from your desk and maximum 24cm above your desk. The display can be pivoted to be used in portrait mode.
The stand is quite chunky in a ‘Y’ shape; the shorter and wider base is 14cm long while the other two arms are 24cm long, all three meet at a 10cm across circular base for the telescopic arm. The total weight with stand is 8.4kilos. It is possible to wall mount by removing the base.
This is described as best for CAD-CAM, Video Editing, Photography and Architecture, it comes with different Gamma settings and should even a single pixel be faulty it will be dealt with. To save you counting there are over 8million pixels. So it has 163 ppi and the 4k resolution is four times higher than full HD and this is capable of displaying four windows simultaneously.
A few more figures 1.07 billion colours and 178 degree horizontal resolution which needs some interpolation so look at the second link at the end to see the difference that can make, Super Clear v Normal.
You can connect using HDMI (three ports two MHL) Display Port and mini Display Port. There is also a four port USB3 hub; these are split between the back and side of the panel.
This unit can show PIP if required. It also has three modes of use and these can conserve power these are Standard Mode, optimise Mode and Conserve Mode a possible saving of 50%.
The panel can be controlled from five touch buttons at the bottom right of the screen surround.
This unit is all about quality and quantity, the quality of the display is aided by the quantity of pixels the closer these are together the better and sharper the image is. While 4k for TV is not likely to come down the aerial anytime soon there are of course 4K ways of display. 4K for a business display is good as the eyes of the user are less stained and of course with up to four screen in the one display the desk need not be cluttered with multiple displays.
Even at the basic plug in rate of 2048x1152 you notice that there is more information on view, this means more spreadsheet, more web page or more of everything and when you get the full 4K experience you think the display is even bigger but your eyes need to move around less on the screen to capture whatever information.
Perhaps best of all the display being flicker free means less or even no headaches even after a long day of use.
