It can also connect to your mobile phone via Bluetooth so whatever music is on your phone can be relayed to you to – in my case anyway – damage beyond recognition with your voice.
However it is not all bad news it could be used as a microphone in an area where more volume above a normal voice is required.

It is round at 5.5cm and 25.5cm long from the base to the top of the unit. The base 15cm of the unit is the speaker which is eight columns of seven 1.5cm round outlets covered in a fine mesh. Above this a rubberised grey band that contains all the controls and the top 8.5cm is the microphone that pulls off and once off you can insert any micro SD card just above the rubberised grey band.
Around the 1.5cm grey rubberised band are the controls and in fact the whole control unit as it separates the microphone above and the speaker below.
It has an internal solid battery charged via the supplied micro USB lead. There is a red LED that is alight while charging is taking place and it turns off when charging is complete.
Moving round the band next is the M button which is a dual on/off and mode charge offering. Next a Play button. Continuing round + and – buttons to move tracks and then an Aux input socket. Further round another + and – this time to control microphone volume and beyond this another + and – to control the amount of echo.
My initial efforts were improved by far too much echo for anyone to know with any certainly what was being said - or dare I say the word – sung.
Once the echo was reduced my voice was clearly discernible over a far greater distance than would otherwise have to be suffered.
Perhaps someone busking could use this to make a few pounds in a shopping centre the main advantage is no other equipment or power for other equipment is required and they could then melt into the crowd if they were singing without a licence.
This device will probably be popular for people wanting to inflict their version of My Way on whoever will listen.
There is a small fold out Quick Setup Guide in English and German which explains the controls.
It is small enough to fit into an inside coat pocket and in my tests the battery once charged for thirty minutes lasted a good number of hours.
In the hands of someone with ability and a good backing track on micro SD card it could sound acceptable. In my hands it is a good way to empty a crowded room very fast.
